Are Your a Broker? Get qualified with the Boat Sales Qualification
The ABYA/BRBA Boat Sales Qualification, has been designed to recognise the competence and experience of those selling new and second-hand boats.
The Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents (ABYA) and The Boat Retailers and Brokers Association (BRBA) work together to ensure high standards of professionalism for those working within Boat Sales. It was a logical step for both to work together to develop the Boat Sales Qualification.
The Boat Sales Qualification has been designed to recognise the competence and experience of those selling new and second-hand boats. The qualification covers all aspects of the selling process, with the aim to give the customers piece of mind when buying from a BRBA/ABYA qualified broker.
The qualification includes mandatory requirements that ask for the broker to provide workplace evidence that they have met customer requirements and completed the sale and successful handover of a number of boats.
