BMF Member Works with the Royal Institution of Naval Architects in Skills Gap Investigation

Published on 30/8/2012

BMF member, Matchtech, is working on behalf of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) conducting a survey to identify skills gaps that are currently affecting the industry.

The survey will help to devise whether there are gaps, where they can be found and to determine the scale of the problem. This will help to move forward and provide the industry with areas to work on.

The results from the survey are completely anonymous and will not be tied to any company. This is your chance to have your say and to make a positive impact on the industry and the marine skills market.

To take part in the survey please click on the link HERE. There are seven questions in total and your answers will help provide the working party with the information needed to ensure that the marine industry is sustainable for the future.

For further information on the survey please contact Natalie Desty, Matchtech natalie.desty@matchtech.com
