New Managing Director at A.S.A.P. Supplies Ltd

Leading marine equipment distributor, A.S.A.P Supplies Ltd, has announced that Shaun Wigley has been appointed as Managing Director, being promoted from his position as Operations Director.
Shaun, 28 years old, recently won the Scott Deverell Young Business Person of the Year Award at the Boating Business/MTA Awards in January 2012. Shaun joined Beccles based A.S.A.P. Supplies in 2004 as a Sales Assistant and has risen through a number of roles in within the company including Customer Liaison Officer and Customer Services Advisor and was appointed to the Board as Operations Director in 2010. Shaun was most recently involved with the restructuring of the company and day to day running of operations. Shaun sits on the BMF Training Committee and takes an active role in local business groups like Marine East and The Beccles Business Association.

Shaun will continue to benefit at Board level from the support and expertise of the co-founders and majority shareholders, Peter Edwards and Mark Reynolds, who will continue to have an active involvement in the business. Peter and Mark founded A.S.A.P. Supplies Ltd in 1989 and have built the company into the respected marine business that it is today within the marine leisure and commercial sectors.
