DAME Award Shortlist Revealed

Amongst the 115 products that were entered into this year’s DAME Design Award METS competition, 39 have been nominated to proceed to final judging by the DAME Jury. 

The DAME Jury will select a maximum of seven category winners and one overall winner.  BMF members make up a majority of the nominees across the categories; companies include Standard Horizon, Holt, Spinlock Ltd, Chatham Marine, Ocean Safety, Sailfuse and Lumishore have been put forward. This is a real showcase of British design, manufacture and innovation and proves that design excellence is still strong in the British leisure marine industry.

The overall and category winners will be announced at a Breakfast Briefing on Tuesday, November 13 at 8am.  All of the shortlisted products will be on display in a special DAME presentation located in the RAI Elicium.
