EXHIBITING AT THE SHOW

It’s an easy and cost effective to become an exhibitor

Becoming an Exhibitor at the PSP Southampton Boat Show is easy. There are a number of ways to access information and book your space. Please follow the check list below.

1) Call our Sales Team on 01784 223618 and speak to a member of the Team.

2) Email sales@britishmarine.co.uk

3) Download and complete an application form from this web site . See below.

If you  require a hand filling in your form please do call the Sales Team who will be happy to help and provide advise (01784 223618).

4) Make sure you post your deposit with your filled in forms to start benefiting from the Early Commitment  Discount.

5) On receipt of forms and deposit you will receive details on available space. See different types of space.

6)  Once you are happy with the  proposal, you will receive confirmation and invoice number 2 & 3 (make sure these are  paid by the appropriate time  to continue benefiting from the Early Commitment Discount).
               
7)  On payment of final invoice, (on or before the 30th July 2010)  receive exhibitor manual and marketing opportunities.

Early Commitment Discount (ECD)

National Boat Shows is committed to ensuring that exhibiting at the PSP Southampton Boat Show is easy, simple and cost effective. We acknowledge that when times are tough your marketing budget has to go that bit further.

National Boat Shows is able to spread some of the financial commitment by offering all exhibitors an Early Commitment Discount (ECD) if you pay by a set of given dates.
 

Payment Schedule

In recognition of the current economic climate, Southampton International Boat Show Ltd. is pleased to offer a 5% Early Commitment Discount for applications with deposit received by 26th February to those who pay their invoices within the following payment schedule:

10% deposit with application form received by 26th February 2010
40%  payment received by 28th May 2010
50% payment received by 30th July 2010
