the training they need, the Learning and Skills Council
(LSC) launched Train to Gain, aimed at helping
businesses improve their productivity and competitiveness by
ensuring that staff have the right skills to do the best job. Find

helping hand by EEDA to find critical forms of funding and finance

Organisations with 5 to 250 employees can access an in-depth
skills analysis for owner/managers, as an individual grant support
of up to £1000 to develop leadership and management skills.
Beyond 2010
Beyond 2010 is managed by ExDRA on behalf of EEDA and is
delivered through independent sector advisers. Support for training
costs is available to businesses of up to 250 employees in the ten
sectors identified as key economic drivers in the East of
England.
