where they can talk directly to qualified lawyers about legal
issues and access to a free contract generation and
review service.
This service enables members to generate contracts (such as
agency and distribution contracts) and other legal documentation
free of charge including a review of such documents by a qualified
solicitor.
The website also gives comprehensive guidance in the form of
checklists, guidance notes, flow charts and workbooks on such areas
as employment law, health & safety and tax & VAT.
