BMF is pleased to run four half day workshops, covering various aspects of Employment Law.  All four workshops will be held at Marine House, Egham:

Workshop 3 – Discipline & Dismissal – 8 March 2012

  • Right to be Accompanied and their role
  • Marking a fair decision and notifying the outcome
  • Unfair and Wrongful Dismissals

Workshop 4 – Redundancy – 22 March 2012

  • Redundancy vs some other substantial reasons (Restructuring)
  • The Business Plan
  • Consultation
  • Exploring alternatives to redundancy process
  • Employee Rights and Statutory Redundancy pay
  • Making a fair decision and notifying the outcome
  • Unfair and Wrongful Dismissals

Price per workshop:

  • BMF Members - £85.00 + VAT
  • Non Members - £140.00 + VAT

If you book on all 4 workshops, the price is:

  • BMF Members - £300.00 + VAT
  • Non-Members – £500.00 + VAT

The workshops run from 12:30 - 16:30.
