The Law Relating to Brokerage and Boat Retailers

This popular course has had a revamp to improve the content and
make it more user friendly. The new course is being launched
in Southampton on 9 November. It is invaluable for brokers
and boat retailers and includes the Law of Contract, The Law of
Tort, Liabilities, Sale of Goods Act, Trade Descriptions, VAT, RCD
and Title and Registration.
The objective of this course is to increase Brokers' and Boat
Retailers’ knowledge of law and legislation as it relates to the
sale and purchase of craft in the European Union, reducing disputes
and rejection by purchasers of craft.
The course is aimed at those who have
responsibility for the legal issues surrounding brokerage and
retail.

The course runs from 9:30 - 16:30.
