Green Blue

Following on from the relaunch of The Green Blue website at this year’s Southampton International Boat Show, powered by Borrow A Boat, British Marine members can now access a wealth of online resources to promote environmental awareness.

The free resources available include email and website banner graphics, newsletter and social media graphics, downloadable guidance leaflets and videos, all of which can be used to highlight both environmental best practise for customers and the industry’s focus on ensuring a sustainable future.

For those sending out e-mails on a regular basis, there are a number of banner graphics focusing on current environmental campaigns, from anchoring to plastics here.

The Green Blue is the joint environment programme between the Royal Yachting Association and British Marine, established in 2005.

As a boating community we enjoy getting out on the water and experiencing the beautiful environment around us. We therefore play an important role in helping to protect our marine and inland waters and in safeguarding the wildlife and habitats with which we share our boating environment.
