We are currently recruiting for a manager for our prestigious Upton Marina, on the River Severn.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience and have an enthusiasm to pursue a career in the marina industry. An aptitude for customer service, site development and staff management are essential. Marina management qualifications (eg. IMM, AMM, CMM) will be helpful but not essential. Upton Marina is a full-service marina, including boat sales and the operation of the floating homes on Upton Lake. The new manager will be someone able to create further growth in all business areas.

Hours 9am – 5pm, five days per week, to include regular weekend working and Bank Holidays.

Remuneration package commensurate with experience.
