Apprenticeships
To mark National Apprenticeship Week, British Marine is pleased to announce that our next webinar will take place on Thursday 11th February at 11am and will focus on everything a marine business needs to know about apprenticeships.
The webinar will be in a different format to usual, beginning with a 15-minute overview, which will be geared towards sharing and promoting the benefits of employing apprentices. The session will help employers understand the programmes available, providing information to make the right decision for their business.
For the remainder of the session, the panellists will present the different types of apprenticeships, the funding available to assist businesses with an apprenticeship programme and will explain the marine specific standards that British Marine has developed.
The webinar will close with a Q&A and there is the opportunity to ask questions beforehand by emailing: training@britishmarine.co.uk or via social media by tagging British Marine.
