Prize draw entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. The prize, and number of prizes, as shown in the survey, cannot be changed or substituted for a cash alternative.
2. The prize draw will take place once the survey has closed.  The closing date for the survey is Friday 31st October 2025.
3. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. The draw will be performed using a random computer process and the winners will be notified within 7 days of the survey closing, either by telephone or email.
5. If the winners have not claimed their prize within 7 days of first attempted contact, we reserve the right to draw another winner and follow the same process until the prize is claimed.
6. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. British Marine (the promoter) retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
8. The name of the winner can be obtained by contacting British Marine at marcomms@britishmarine.co.uk two weeks after the closing date of the survey. By entering the prize draw, you are permitting us to contact you for your name for this purpose. 
9. British Marine (the promoter) does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or negligence as a result of participating in any promotions.
10. The promoter is British Marine, Tagus House, 9 Ocean Way, Southampton SO14 3TJ.
