Designed specifically for yacht brokers and their wider support teams, this practical 3‑hour online course provides a clear, structured overview of the legal framework that governs yacht brokerage and yacht sale transactions.
The course has been updated post Brexit and is under constant review to give you the most updated and relevant information.
Delegates will be taken through the full lifecycle of a typical sale, from first contact with the seller through to completion, highlighting the real‑world risk areas brokers face and how to manage them confidently.

Three years into my journey as a marina owner, I wanted to expand my knowledge and develop my marina business, so I signed up for the British Marine Advanced Marina Managers (AMM) course. It was an intensive five days and was a very good introduction to how British and international marinas work. The best feature of the course for me was that it was presented by marina managers and marine industry experts, who shared their experiences, based on real-life experiences.
