You are cordially invited to attend the popular Kent & Sussex annual networking day/shooting event at West Kent Shooting School near Tunbridge. Places are limited so please book early by emailing to secure your place.
9.00am Arrive at the Shooting School.
Bacon and sausage butties on arrival consisting of freshly cooked bacon in a white bap. Fresh coffee, selection of teas and fruit juice.
Meet with the Instructors - brief talk on the day’s activities.
10.00am
Out onto the Range in teams, each with an Instructor for a safety talk, followed by an instruction/practice session, shooting on varied English Sporting Stands at novice or shooter level.
12noon
Return to the Pavilion for tea/coffee (mid-morning snacks)
12.30pm
Back to the Range where we revisit the same traps learnt in the morning, but this time as a scored competition.
2.00pm The Finale Pheasant Flush
To finish the day’s shooting the Driven High Tower layout becomes an exciting team-driven flush.
"Load as fast as you can and shoot every clay in sight" The Flush is under close supervision by your Instructors.
Return to the Pavilion for drinks and a ploughman’s lunch consisting of, off the bone ham, cheddar cheese, salad, beetroot, pickles & coleslaw served with crusty bread, crisps & fruit.
Prize giving and dispersal
1st Prize: Elite Sailing will provide any Shorebased Course (VHF, 1st Aid at Sea, Marine Diesel Engine or Radar Courses) to the value of £145.
2nd Prize: Medway Bridge Marina will sponsor a bottle of bubbly.
