A full range of British Marine template contracts is now available in Scots Law, a massive boost for Scottish members.
Legally compliant contract templates play a critical role in the smooth operation of a business and in response to member requests for additional support, the range of legal templates has now been extended. The new templates will be of huge benefit to members in Scotland, especially in the charter and passenger boat sectors.

- BM09S Agreement for the sale of a new boat by a dealer where the boat is to be constructed by a third-party builder (Scotland)
