Honda Marine Europe embarks on new phase of growth with appointment of specialist PR agency Saltwater

Honda Marine Europe, the leading global producer of high-performance outboard engines, has selected leisure marine and superyacht specialist PR, communications, and digital marketing agency Saltwater to support its increased activity within the European outboard engine market.


The strategic partnership aligns with Honda Marine’s ambitions to build brand awareness and strengthen its reputation as the leading manufacturer of high-performance outboard engines, forged from over 60 years of continuous innovation.

Renowned for its diverse range of advanced, reliable, and fuel-efficient outboard engines, Honda Marine Europe is activating a range of key initiatives and activities from 2025 onwards to significantly elevate its brand value and profile across Europe.

Targeting a closer engagement with its customer community, Honda Marine Europe will step up its presence and involvement at key European boat shows and events, strengthen collaborations and alliances with boatbuilders, and increase support for its extensive dealer and distributor network.

The appointment of Saltwater, a BLUE Communications’ brand, brings specialist marine market experience and access to influential stakeholder networks with a fully integrated brand and communications service offering. Its support will include the delivery of a multi-channel PR and communications programme tailored to augment the outboard engine innovator’s presence within the leisure marine sector throughout Europe.
