With her experience in managing people, building trusted relationships, and supporting contractors throughout the project lifecycle, Bronte will be responsible for:

  • Managing client accounts across superyacht, ship repair, and marine engineering projects.
  • Supporting and mobilising contractors globally, ensuring full compliance through Broadreach’s digital mobilisation platform.
  • Building contractor networks across joinery, engineering, composites, pipefitting, and outfitting trades.
  • Driving growth in the marine contractor base and strengthening Broadreach’s position as a trusted partner to world-class shipyards and operators.
