Flexiteek International CEO to complete Abbott World Marathon Majors “Six Star” programme
19 September 2025

Adam Ramsden, Group CEO of Flexiteek International, is preparing for a monumental personal and charitable achievement - completing the prestigious Abbott World Marathon Majors “Six Star” programme.

On Sunday, 1 March 2026, Ramsden will take on the Tokyo Marathon, his final race in the series that includes marathons in Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York.

The Tokyo route is as iconic as it is challenging, taking runners from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building through landmarks such as Suidobashi, Ueno-hirokoji, Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate, Ginza, and Hibiya, before finishing near Tokyo Station.

This final race isn’t just a personal endurance journey; it’s also a fundraising mission. Ramsden is raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Completing the Six Star programme has been a personal goal for many years. Running these races has not only tested my limits but also given me the chance to raise awareness and support for two incredible charities. These causes matter deeply to me, and I’m going all out to make this my biggest fundraising total yet.

Ronald McDonald House ensures thousands of families stay close to their sick children in the hospital each year by providing free accommodation and support.

Supporters are invited to follow Adam Ramsden’s journey as he pushes his limits in Tokyo and to join him in making a real difference by contributing to his fundraising campaign.
