Need a private space for a meeting during the Southampton International Boat Show 2025?

The British Marine Trade Lounge offers a dedicated meeting room that’s free to book for all eligible users including exhibitors, trade ticket holders, and British Marine members.

The room is ideal for small group discussions and planning sessions, with space for up to six people. A whiteboard will be available to help you share ideas and capture notes.

In the British Marine Trade Lounge you will also have access to:

• Complimentary WiFi
• Complimentary self-serve tea, coffee, water (and the odd sweet!)
• Comfortable lounge space to meet and relax
   

Please note before booking:

• The meeting room does not include AV equipment, so it’s not suited for hybrid or virtual meetings.
• The meeting room is not soundproof, so it’s best for informal or planning discussions rather than confidential conversations.
   

To reserve your space, simply submit a request in advance to our team to check availability. Bookings will be accepted subject to availability in order of receipt. Spaces are limited and in high demand, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.
