Barrus has reinforced its commitment to engineering excellence with the appointment of Joel Devine as Production Engineering Manager within its Production Team.
The newly created role reflects the company's ongoing investment in manufacturing capability, operational efficiency and future product development, ensuring innovative engineering solutions can be brought to market more effectively.
Having been with Barrus for the past few years, Joel has stepped into the new position following a career spanning manufacturing engineering, operational excellence and business transformation, including previous roles at Jaguar Land Rover and fintech company Revolut. In his new role, he leads a dedicated production engineering team responsible for developing efficient manufacturing processes and supporting the transition of new products from design into production.
Working closely with Barrus' Research & Development, Special Products and commercial teams, Joel is focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, increasing production capacity and ensuring products are delivered to customers with the highest standards of quality and consistency.
