Having been with Barrus for the past few years, Joel has stepped into the new position following a career spanning manufacturing engineering, operational excellence and business transformation, including previous roles at Jaguar Land Rover and fintech company Revolut. In his new role, he leads a dedicated production engineering team responsible for developing efficient manufacturing processes and supporting the transition of new products from design into production.
Working closely with Barrus' Research & Development, Special Products and commercial teams, Joel is focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, increasing production capacity and ensuring products are delivered to customers with the highest standards of quality and consistency.
