The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has published Version 7 of its MSF 1261 application form, replacing Version 6 with immediate effect. The updated form was uploaded to GOV.UK on 30 July 2026 as part of the MCA's ongoing review of its statutory application processes.
