Flexiteek has strengthened its presence in the United States with key appointments at Flexiteek USA, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to the US boating market as it enters a more measured, value-driven phase in 2026.

Flexiteek USA has welcomed Stephen Vargas (Fabricator) and Hayden Devoe (Apprentice Fabricator) to its Lake Park, Florida, operation. Both will play key roles in supporting installers, builders, and owners, as demand continues to grow across new-build and refit projects. The expanded team is led by Chad Adams, who heads up Flexiteek USA. Since launching the US operation in early 2025, Adams has overseen its establishment and growth, including the development of local technical support, installer partnerships, and closer collaboration with OEMs nationwide.

This marks another step in Flexiteek’s long-term strategy for the United States. With increased local capacity and a continued focus on product development, the company is well-positioned to support owners, builders, and installers as the market moves into a more stable period for the marine sector.

Flexiteek will exhibit at the Miami International Boat Show 2026 in February, a key event in the US boating calendar and a major indicator of market confidence for the year ahead. Chad Adams will be joined at the show by Alex Raeissi of Teaklite Flooring.

Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to view Flexiteek 3 up close, explore its lifelike grain and colour range, and speak directly with the team about real-world performance.
