Flexiteek are pleased to announce the appointment of Mateusz Drejka as their new Production Manager in Poland, strengthening their operational leadership and supporting the continued growth of their production capabilities in Poland.

Mateusz brings with him a solid background in production and operations management, built over 13 years of experience within his previous roles as a plant manager. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, combining hands-on operational knowledge with a structured, results-driven management approach.

Prior to joining Flexiteek, Mateusz held roles including plant manager, where he was responsible for building a culture of safety and responsibility through Health and Safety regulations, as well as managing production quality. His experience includes working with the sales department and key customers, demonstrating his ability to deliver consistent performance while maintaining high operational standards.

In his role as Production Manager, Mateusz will oversee the fabrication of Flexiteek decks in the Polish facility, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and team development. He is particularly committed to actively collaborating with engineering and R&D teams to develop innovative and customised solutions aligning closely with our strategic objectives and values.

What distinguishes Mateusz as a leader is his balanced management style. He places strong emphasis on clear communication, accountability, and collaboration, recognising that sustainable operational success is built through empowered and engaged teams.

Although newly appointed, Mateusz has already begun engaging with local teams to gain a detailed understanding of current operations and priorities. Over the coming months, he will work closely with colleagues across the business to support operational stability while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
