Invitation: TYHA Code of Practice Tour 2026

The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) is pleased to invite members and guests to attend the TYHA Code of Practice Tour 2026 – a series of complimentary regional events designed to keep marina and boatyard operators fully informed, compliant, and connected.

These in-person sessions provide a valuable opportunity to hear directly from TYHA on the latest industry standards, alongside time to network with peers and colleagues from across the sector.

What to expect


Attendees will receive clear, practical updates on:

  • The revised 8th edition of the TYHA Code of Practice, in partnership with Marina Projects
  • The new Marinas & Boatyards Health & Safety Code of Practice
  • Updates to the Port Marine Safety Code


Whether you are responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance, health and safety, or strategic planning, these sessions are designed to support best practice and consistency across the industry.

The 2026 tour will visit multiple regions across the UK and Ireland:

  • Inland – North East: York Marina – 11 March 2026, 1pm–4pm
  • East: Suffolk Yacht Harbour – 12 March 2026, 1pm–4pm
  • Inland – North West: Aqueduct Marina – 17 March 2026, 10am–1pm
  • Inland – South: Tingdene Upton Marina – 19 March 2026, 1pm–4pm
  • Ireland South (Banagher): Inland & Coastal Head Office – 24 March 2026, 10am–1pm
  • South Coast (Solent): Bucklers Hard Marina – 22 April 2026, 1pm–4pm
  • Scotland – North: Caley Marina, Inverness – 28 April 2026, 10am–4pm  (includes a complimentary Dolphin Boat Tour)
  • Scotland – West: Portavadie Marina – 7 May 2026, 1pm–4pm
  • London & Thames Valley: Haven Knox-Johnston Head Office – 20 May 2026, 1pm–5pm
  • South West: Venue TBC – Date TBC
  • Inland – Midlands: Venue TBC – Date TBC
