With the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 due to come into force in April 2027, British Marine has prepared a brief guidance note and template to assist marine businesses that come in scope of the Act and need to meet new requirements in regard to the management of their premises and public safety in case of a terrorist attack.
