Honda Marine Europe and Northstar join forces in new OEM partnership

Honda Marine Europe and Northstar have announced a new OEM partnership, uniting advanced RIB design with Honda’s proven high-performance outboard engines.

Introducing competitively priced Honda engine packages across selected Northstar models, the collaboration combines the reliability, power and efficiency of Honda outboards with Northstar’s class-leading boat design.

The new agreement also includes Honda pre-rigging as a no-cost option, supporting a streamlined build process while preserving flexibility in engine selection.

Orion 8 on Display at Boot Düsseldorf

Highlighting the compatibility benefits available for customers under the collaboration, the Northstar Orion 8 powered by Honda Marine’s flagship BF350 V8 outboard will be on display at boot Düsseldorf from 17-25 January on the Honda Marine stand (Hall 3, Booth C70).

Designed by Adam Younger, the Orion 8 features an advanced stepped hull developed to deliver excellent handling and ride quality in severe conditions. The layout supports comfortable day use, with a deep deck, practical seating and enclosed head.

Matched with the Honda Marine V8, the package demonstrates the performance advantages achieved by combining the Orion 8 hull design with complementary high-output outboard power.
