Princess Yachts at boot Düsseldorf 2026 - End of show statement
27 January 2026

boot Düsseldorf 2026 has delivered a healthy result for Princess Yachts, marking a confident and encouraging start to the year.

Sales activity throughout the show was strong and significantly ahead of last year’s event, boosting a healthy and growing order book as the business enters a new selling season.

In addition to the increased number of retail sales, consisting of a mix of sales from Distributor inventory and forward orders for 2027 and beyond, the level of enquiries from potential buyers throughout the show has been particularly encouraging. A substantial number of new boat quotations were issued, which is expected to further increase retail sales in the coming weeks.

This has been a very encouraging show for us. The level of demand, the quality of enquiries and the number of forward orders we have seen all point to continued confidence in our product and our brand. While the market undoubtedly remains challenging, the momentum coming out of Düsseldorf gives us real confidence as we move into 2026.

Annie Reed Chief Commercial Officer at Princess Yachts

This positive outcome builds on a strong performance in 2025. Despite the challenging market environment, the business met its financial targets and is now profitable. Together with the clear uplift seen at this year’s Düsseldorf show, this provides a high level of confidence for the year ahead.

Looking forward, 2026 will see continued investment across the product portfolio, maintaining Princess’ strength in established segments while also expanding into new ones. Demand for the all-new X90 has been particularly encouraging, with seven yachts already sold ahead of her launch. Production is progressing well, with three yachts currently in build and a fourth about to enter the moulding stage. The X90 will make her world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival this September.

The business is also entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of its first ever outboard-powered model, the new C48. Hull and deck moulds are now complete, with production scheduled to begin at the Company’s Lee Mill facility shortly, building up to her launch at Fort Lauderdale Boat Show later in the year. In addition, the all-new F54 will also enter production this quarter, ahead of her debut at boot Düsseldorf 2027.

Finally, the F58 was named Boat of the Year for Flybridge Yachts over 45 feet at the Motor Boat and Yachting Awards held during this year’s show. This achievement is a fitting tribute to everyone involved in creating this exceptional yacht, from the design and engineering teams to the skilled craftspeople across the Company’s manufacturing facilities in Plymouth.

During the show, the new S74 was also announced, an evolution of the award winning S72, featuring enhanced exterior entertaining spaces and further refined interior finishes. The S74 will also debut at boot Düsseldorf next year.

Overall, boot Düsseldorf 2026 has reinforced confidence in trading conditions in the year ahead and the long-term strength of the business, its products, its people and its strategy.
