Marine performance apparel specialist to outfit one of the world's leading junior single-seater racing teams

Henri-Lloyd, the British brand renowned for technical sailing apparel engineered for some of the world's most demanding marine environments, has announced a new partnership with Rodin Motorsport, becoming the team's Official Teamwear Supplier.

The partnership will see Henri-Lloyd provide technical and performance clothing for Rodin Motorsport's drivers, engineers and management team throughout the racing season, demonstrating how apparel developed for offshore and inshore sailing can deliver exceptional performance in the high-pressure world of international motorsport.

Rodin Motorsport is one of the largest teams outside Formula One with race winning experience in a variety of championships. It runs one of the most successful talent development programmes in junior formula racing, with a track record of helping young drivers progress to the pinnacle of motorsport. Alumni include current Formula 1 stars Lando Norris, George Russell, Carlos Sainz and Liam Lawson.

Competing across multiple international championships including Formula 2, Formula 3, F1 Academy, Formula Regional European Championship, GB3, British F4 and British GT Rodin Motorsport is recognised for developing future champions while consistently delivering race wins and championship success.

Under the agreement, Henri-Lloyd will supply a curated collection of technical garments designed to perform in changing weather conditions and demanding operational environments. The range includes waterproof and breathable outerwear, technical shorts, performance T-shirts, stretch jackets and smart teamwear, all selected to provide warmth when needed from wind and rain, as well as UV50 sun protection, stay cool technology, rapid drying capability and odour-control technology.

While motorsport and sailing may appear worlds apart, both place similar demands on technical clothing. Teams operate outdoors for extended periods, often exposed to wind, rain, heat and intense sunlight, while requiring unrestricted movement, comfort and durability throughout long working days. Like Rodin, Henri-Lloyd is also a supporter of young talent, often helping those new to the sport to flourish through having the best technical clothing to keep them safe, warm and dry.

The partnership is also a reminder of the longstanding relationship between high-performance marine apparel and motorsport. Henri-Lloyd has previously supplied Formula 1 teams, including Brawn GP and Mercedes GP Petronas, working with drivers such as Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg.

Commenting on the partnership,

We're delighted to welcome Henri-Lloyd to Rodin Motorsport as our Official Teamwear Supplier. Their reputation for technical innovation, quality and performance makes them a natural fit for our team. Both organisations share a commitment to engineering excellence and delivering products that perform at the highest level. We look forward to working together and seeing the team represented in Henri-Lloyd apparel throughout the season.

Benn Huntingford Sporting Director at Rodin Motorsport

We have always believed that the demands of the ocean create some of the toughest testing grounds for performance apparel. Sailing is an environment where teams operate under immense pressure, where every decision, every movement and every piece of equipment can make the difference between success and failure. That same requirement for resilience, adaptability and precision exists across motorsport. Race teams, engineers and support crews work in high-pressure, fast-moving environments where they need kit that performs consistently, protects them from changing conditions and allows them to focus on the task ahead. We are proud to bring that knowledge, innovation and performance mindset to motorsport.
