Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated maintenance staff to oversee our maintenance activities in ensuring the optimal condition and performance of our electric boats. The successful candidate(s) will play a pivotal role in maintaining our fleet's reliability through overseeing fibreglass, gelcoat, and fendering repairs, Torqeedo motor maintenance, and electrical work.

We have a number of positions available, with positions available for people starting in their boat maintenance careers through to candidates with experience looking for a rewarding management position. The work we carry out is:

Boat Repairs: Oversee and do fibreglass, gelcoat, and fendering repairs, ensuring the boats are maintained to the highest standards for both safety and aesthetics.

Torqeedo Motor Maintenance: Coordinate and perform maintenance tasks related to Torqeedo electric motors, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Also maintain a small number of petrol outboard engines.

Electrical Work: Manage electrical systems on the boats, including diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the reliability and safety of the vessels.

Location:

You'll be predominately based in our boatyard in Thames Ditton, with occasional trips to our locations in Kingston, Paddington and Canary Wharf.
