Premier Marinas is seeking a Night Shift Marina Operative to join our friendly and professional team at Chichester Marina.

This is a fantastic chance to work in a stunning environment where no two nights are the same. With full training provided, you’ll develop new skills while helping us deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for.

As a key member of our night operations team, you’ll play an important role in keeping the marina safe, secure, and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys independence, responsibility, and meaningful work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out regular patrols and safety checks around the marina
• Monitoring and managing access to secure areas
• Providing excellent customer service to berth holders and visitors
• Using CCTV systems to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Working 12-hour night shifts, including some weekends and Bank/Public Holidays

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need marine experience - we will provide training - but you must be able to demonstrate:

• Strong customer service skills
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability within a busy operational environment
• Confidence using computer systems
• A full UK driving licence

Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone eager to learn and ready to grow.
