Role Description:
We are a small, established marine company looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
- Liaising with customers on order progress and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
- Supporting the Sales Manager with general administration
- ISO 9001 support on sales processes
About You
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM system and inputting customers and quotes
- Salesforce experience advantage but not essential
- Marine or technical industry experience is an advantage but not essential
