
Job Title: Corporate Travel Co-ordinator
Salary: £32k
Reporting to: CEO EA & Executive Office Manager
Business Objectives:
The Corporate Travel Co-ordinator plays a vital role in delivering smooth and efficient travel arrangements for Sunseeker International employees. By effectively managing travel logistics, liaising with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service, the Corporate Travel Co-ordinator directly supports the overall productivity and success of Sunseeker. With strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, this role ensures a seamless and professional travel experience for all employees.
Job description:
Booking & Logistics:
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for Sunseeker International employees, including flights, trains, transfers and accommodation.
• Research, compare and evaluate hotel options to ensure quality, value and suitability.
• Negotiate preferred rates and favourable terms with hotels well in advance.
• Work closely with the company’s travel provider to secure the most competitive prices across all travel and accommodation bookings.
Boat Shows:
• Support the advance planning and coordination of annual global boat show events, in collaboration with the Executive Office Manager, Exhibitions, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Organise show access passes, manage invitation lists, and oversee the distribution of tickets.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and transfer arrangements for all attendees.
Itinerary & Document Management:
• Create detailed itineraries, manage amendments and prepare all required travel documentation, including visas and schedules.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant and aligned with traveller preferences and regulatory requirements.
Policy & Budget Adherence:
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with Sunseeker’s travel policy and meet established budget guidelines.
Support & Troubleshooting:
• Act as the primary contact for travel-related issues, providing prompt, practical solutions to disruptions such as delays or cancellations.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate travel records and prepare monthly reports to track spending against budget.
• Manage and update traveller profiles, including preferences, loyalty programme details, dietary requirements and passport information.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Keep current with global travel regulations and visa requirements relevant to company travellers.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices for storing and handling all personal data.
Qualifications:
• Experience in corporate travel co-ordination, corporate booking or a high-level executive assistant role.
• Experience working with third-party travel providers or travel management companies

• Obsession for the finer details e.g. does the hotel have reliable Wi-Fi for a critical meeting
