High level overview of Li being used on small vessels, this course is designed to give a base knowledge of Li being installed and bought on board vessels and is ideal for those who need a basic understanding without the technical details.
Aimed at industry professionals such as insurers who need a base understanding of Li installations in order to advise clients and set policy but potentially don't need full technical design requirement details. Ed joined British Marine in 2016. Previously he has worked for Fairline Yachts, Discovery Yachts and Blyth Workcats. He studied Marine Sport Technology at Plymouth University.
Ed has worked in British Marine's technical department for the last 10 years representing industry in key stakeholder meetings helping to develop standards and regulations that cover the marine leisure industry, small commercial vessels, Superyachts and domestic passenger vessel industries.
