Princess Yachts, the UK’s leading luxury yacht manufacturer, is proud to mark 10 years of collaboration with the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) – a decade dedicated to protecting and regenerating vital marine habitats. This milestone also sees the natural conclusion of Princess Yachts’ renewed three-year sponsorship of the PLYMFISH project, the latest in a legacy of impactful joint initiatives since the partnership began in 2015.
Rightboat.com, one of the fastest-growing marine marketplaces in the US and UK, has announced the launch of Propel, a new OEM-focused marketing program purpose-built to deliver targeted exposure, lead generation, and brand control for manufacturers of new boats.
Developed in response to evolving digital demands from OEMs and dealers, Propel enables brands to connect with serious, high-intent buyers across the Rightboat network, now used over 7 million times annually by boat shoppers.
For health and safety purposes, gig economy workers should be treated no differently to other workers and will often identify as agency or temporary workers, or self-employed.
In the marine sector this may apply also to seasonal or part time workers often onboard pleasure trip boats or working for hire boat operators.
In response to the growing changes, The health and safety executive has updated and issued specific guidance to companies who employ temporary staff and for the workers to ensure their own safety whilst at work.
