This July, the marine industry comes together once again for an evening of relaxed networking and summer celebration at one of Plymouth’s most picturesque venues.

The Summer Marine Mixer, co-hosted by British Marine Professional Services and the South West Associations, promises a memorable evening for marine professionals looking to connect, unwind, and enjoy the best of the season.

An Evening by the Water

Set against the tranquil backdrop of Sutton Harbour, the Waypoint Bar and Bistro offers the perfect escape from the bustling Barbican. Family-run and full of charm, this waterside bistro has fast become a favourite for locals and visitors alike. On Thursday 10th July 2025, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, it will transform into a vibrant hub for industry conversation and collaboration.

Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary first drink and invited to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, scenic views, and great company. With its laid-back vibe and beautiful location, the Summer Marine Mixer is more than just an after-work gathering — it's a celebration of the people driving the marine sector forward.
