HSE issues update regarding facilities for delivery freight transport drivers during the COVID-19 outbreak

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has received reports that access to welfare and restroom facilities have been withdrawn by some companies for external delivery drivers. This is not sensible given the current COVID-19 issues and also against the law.
