Midlands Association
British Marine Midlands is one of 9 Regions within British Marine, the UK’s Trade Association for the leisure, superyacht and small commercial marine industry.
There are presently over 200 members within British Marine Midlands, covering the counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Hereford & Worcester, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, West Midlands and Warwickshire.
Our member companies are wide ranging, covering all aspects of manufacturing and services for the leisure, superyacht and small commercial marine industry. We represent marine businesses including boatbuilders, marina operators, sea schools, holiday operators, equipment and service providers. Members of British Marine adhere to a Code of Practice giving you some assurance that they are carrying out business in accordance with best practice and legal standards.
What we do
British Marine Midlands is involved in numerous events throughout the year ranging from networking seminars to a presence at regional shows.
We have regular committee meetings which we encourage any member to attend, which we always try and hold in member companies, so they can show what they do to other members direct. There are various links to other regions and groups activities that create opportunities for our members to spread further from the region also. We look to create interesting opportunities to network and always look to keep this fresh each year.
