A Full time Customer Support person is required to join our busy team based in Eastleigh. The successful applicant will deal with a wide variety of customer and in-house generated orders / queries / tasks as well as helping our team of technical sales with basic technical and non- technical enquiries.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in the marine industry and have a good understanding of the requirements of working in a technical, sales and support role. They should also have excellent communication skills with a clear and confident manner along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times. The ability to liaise effectively with other departments is essential, as is the ability to plan own work effectively using excellent time management and organisational skills.

The role will suit a proactive multiskilled person looking to join an established and forward thinking company
