Premier Marinas invites applications for the role of Group Safety Advisor based at our Head Office in Swanwick Marina, Southampton.
Premier has well established Environmental and Health & Safety management systems and a positive track record of managing these key risks. As part of our desire to drive continuous improvement across all areas of its business, we are looking to recruit a Group Safety Advisor to support our marinas and boatyards across the group, working closely with the Head of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
Based primarily at our Swanwick Head Office; with regular travel to all Premier sites, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our safety culture.
As our Safety Advisor, you’ll join a committed team dedicated to ensuring safe operations, legislative compliance, and the continuous development of our working practices. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

The role involves a blend of office-based work, site visits, and practical engagement with teams across the estate. Some travel and occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to meet operational needs.
