The Role: In this role, you will be the backbone of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring yachts undergo maintenance checks prior to charter start. You will debrief charter guests, process work sheets, check turnarounds are completed, deal with service calls, coordinator external vendors and suppliers, complete insurance compliance, and move boats. When required, you will also brief customers on yacht systems delivering a high level of customer service. 

Location: Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Job type: Full-time, all year round (not seasonal)
Salary: $36,000 - $42,000 annually

What we are looking for: 

• Experience maintaining inboard diesel engines and 2 & 4 stroke outboards
• Experience with sailing yacht maintenance and the ability to sail is desirable
• Working knowledge of 12v DC and 120v AC electrical systems
• An understanding of marine plumbing systems
• Air conditioning and refrigeration troubleshooting and repair
• Practically minded, a good fault finder, with the proactive attitude to solve problems
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Well organised and able to prioritise effectively
