The Legal and Finance team at the BMF are passionate about
helping and guiding our members on legal issues affecting their
businesses.
Together with our external partners,
we aim to support members in the contractual process and in the
event of any disputes. To this end we can provide members with
standard BMF contracts, 24 hour free legal advice, and a free web based manual
featuring information on Employment Law & issues, Taxation
& VAT, Health & Safety, provided by FirstAssist.
We also offer a Dispute Resolution
Scheme, through an independent body.
